You can get a disc brake anti squeal liquid, which is applied to the back of the pad on assembly to the caliper. Also double check all the anti squeal shims are correctly installed. My interpretation of this is: a) The rotors are NOT warped. b) It is not indicative of anything faulty in the brake system itself. c) It is a very high speed oscillation caused by the friction/interaction between the rotor and pad material.
