T-Posing is caused by installing or uninstalling animation mods incorrectly. If you've added or removed any animation mod, you need to install (and run) FNIS to generate new behaviour files. Remember to actually run the FNIS .exe that comes with the mod - just installing it without running the exe won't do anything.
